Welcome to the Welfare Academy Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
a. The Welfare Academy Referral Program is open to all students who are currently enrolled, registered in or have completed NVQ Level course at Welfare Academy and more.
b. The referring student must be at least 19 years old at the time of participation.
c. The referred student must be enrolling in the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care course.
2. Referral Reward
a. The referring student will be eligible to receive a referral reward of up to £100.
b. The referral reward can only be claimed if the referred student successfully completes the enrollment process for the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care course.
c. The referred student must pay any applicable fees and meet all registration requirements for the course.
d. The referral reward will be processed within 30 days after the referred student’s registration is confirmed and payment is received in full or the amount agreed with Welfare Academy.
3. Referral Process
a. To refer a student, the referring student must provide the referred student's details through the official referral form provided by Welfare Academy.
b. The referred student must include the referring student’s name and contact details during the registration process to validate the referral.
4. Limitations
a. The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
b. A maximum of one referral reward can be claimed per referred student. Multiple referring students cannot claim the reward for the same referred student.
c. Referral cannot be made to each other.
d. Welfare Academy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referring and referred students and to disqualify any participants who do not comply with the terms and conditions.
5. Program Changes and Termination
a. Welfare Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through official Welfare Academy channels and will apply to all future referrals.
6. General Terms
a. By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Welfare Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Welfare Academy website.
c. Welfare Academy’s decision on any matter concerning the Referral Program is final and binding.
