    • Any changes to the enrolment duration or policy will be decided and communicated by Welfare Academy.
  2. No Refund Policy

    • Once enrolled, the course fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Transfers to another course or candidate are not permitted.
  3. Legal Name Requirement

    • The name used upon registration must match your legal name as stated in your passport or official identification documents.
    • Any mistakes in the name provided during registration will be the student’s responsibility, and Welfare Academy will not be liable for any consequences arising from such errors.
  4. Eligibility and Legal Status

    • Courses offered by Welfare Academy are only valid within the United Kingdom (UK).
    • Candidates can only enroll if they have a valid visa or permit to study/work in the UK.
    • Welfare Academy is not liable for any risks associated with enrollment by individuals who do not meet the legal eligibility criteria.
  5. Course Access and Completion

    • Access to course materials will be provided for the specified enrolment duration.
    • Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Welfare Academy and may be subject to additional fees.
    • Failure to complete the course within the specified timeframe will result in course expiration, requiring re-enrolment if further access is needed.
  6. Academic Integrity

    • Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.
    • Students must complete their assessments, assignments, and examinations independently unless group work is explicitly permitted.
  7. Use of Course Materials

    • All course materials, including videos, texts, assignments, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Welfare Academy.
    • Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of course materials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
  8. Technical Requirements

    • Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate devices for accessing course content.
    • Welfare Academy is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the student’s end.
  9. Code of Conduct

    • Students are expected to behave professionally in all interactions with tutors, assessors, and peers.
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course.
  10. Assessment and Certification

  • All assessments must be submitted within the given deadlines. Late submissions may incur penalties or require re-enrolment.
  • Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all required coursework and assessments.
